Chef Buddies is a new business in the Tri-Cities area providing cooking classes for local young people ages 3 to 15 years old. 

We use nutrition and facts about a healthy lifestyle to teach kids how to make good choices as they grow up. We help them create new after school snacks that they can make from ordinary things found in the kitchen.

We help kids to see that cooking can be fun and interesting. When kids get involved with planning and preparing foods they are more likely to eat those green veggies that they would never touch before. Lessons are learned while combining cooking experiences with fun activities to make an over all great experience in the kitchen
